I tiri in piedi non escono correttamente, gli auto-affondi in cui la palla passa attraverso la tua geometria o le tue gambe e non hai premuto nulla, la mancanza di reazioni da parte dei difensori quando la palla viene passata direttamente a loro e hai spostato manualmente il difensore nel percorso del passaggio, palle che rimbalzano ai giocatori dopo aver affrontato con successo la palla, i difensori non sono in grado di superare i giocatori con un equilibrio elevato anche se hanno una forza significativamente più alta, i difensori scivolano durante il jockey e infine le curve. C'è così tanto male su quanto sia brutta la difesa manuale, è quasi come se EA volesse intenzionalmente i giocatori a parcheggiare l'autobus in giro con i centrocampisti e l'IA fa tutto il lavoro per loro.
